Our group had a fantastic stay! The lagoon pool was perfect for lounging after hitting the tables, and we enjoyed some great meals at the on-site restaurants. We even tried our luck at roulette and had fun. For future guests, the $10 discount for skipping room cleaning is a nice touch, but remember to check if the parking fees are included.
One downside was that some smoking areas needed more attention, which affected the overall feel of the place.

Comfortable room with a beautiful ocean view.
The air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature.

The pools are excellent for cooling off on hot days. There's a lot of evening entertainment, which keeps things lively. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work properly and took a while to fix.

The lagoon pool at the hotel offers a relaxing vibe, perfect for lounging with a cocktail as you enjoy brilliant views of the nearby beach. Spacious Deluxe King Rooms include a mini bar, and the coffee machine adds an extra touch of convenience for a morning pick-me-up.
Upon arrival, I encountered an unexpectedly noisy private function near my room that made for a less-than-ideal dinner at the only open restaurant. Half the facilities, including two out of three restaurants and the spa, remained closed for half the week, leaving limited dining options during a busy high season. The supposed king bed was actually two singles pushed together, which is disappointing at a price of $600 a night.

The Superior King Room with Spa Bath offered a nice ocean view, which was really lovely. The resort is situated beautifully, right by the beach, making it easy to enjoy the scenery and sunsets. I found the staff friendly and eager to assist. The food at the Infinity Pool was decent, but I felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality. The resort itself felt a bit dated. the cleanliness could use some attention as I noticed cans and glasses left in the lagoon area not being picked up until the next morning. Also, only one pillow on the bed in a Superior room felt inadequate. The condensation issue on the tile floors was concerning as well. we had a few slips. However, I enjoyed the raspberry lemonade at the Sports Bar. They definitely need to improve the cleanliness and make sure rooms are stocked properly.

Some areas could use better signage.

Accommodation at this resort exceeded our expectations with its beautiful lagoon pool that the kids loved. Being right next to the beach added to the fun, and we enjoyed dining options that catered to everyone, even the picky eaters.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-oriented activities available during the day.
